I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer. My business is known as “Forever Fit Fitness” and I do “at home” personal training. My specialty is working with older adults. I have a workout studio in my home and I have also been training at my clients homes for the past 10 years. Many of my clients have chronic conditions and I love being able to help them overcome various obstacles they have faced in their lives. In addition to working with older populations, I co-ran a corporate fitness center for 4 years where I taught weight training and circuit training classes.
