It's been 19 years in the fitness industry, and I still love my job more and more every day. Each new client grows me professionally, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I enjoy encouraging people to turn their ordinary expectations into extraordinary results. I am determined to find solutions for ANY body regardless of limitations, disease, or surgeries. I thrive on helping people find a healthy lifestyle that allows them to "feel good and energetic" everyday without discomfort. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge by teaching and mentoring trainers to achieve excellence. I'm also a grateful & lucky wife busy with 2 boys, a growing business, and on-going community projects. I never have enough energy to do all this on my own, and I lean heavily on the grace of God, my wonderful husband, a supportive family, loving friends, and wonderful staff.
