Hello, I have been training since 2001 and have worked with post operative cancer patients, primarily healthy adults ages 40+, seniors 80 + and young adults. . I am a 50+ year old mother of a daughter and a son who have both graduated from college My favorite part of personal training is helping people to keep active, to feel stronger and better about themselves. Liking what they see and feel in themselves. Through training ,my clients learn to take charge of their health and working to improve their quality of life. I use all kinds of "tools" in training to improve overall strength, core strength, balance, attitude, which results in overall happiness. The "tools" include Medicine Balls, Bosu, weights, bands, kettlebells, stability balls, jump ropes and TRX. In mild weather training outside is another great way to really enjoy exercise. I have learned that many clients young and older underestimate what they can do and how much better they can feel and enjoy life!. I am in the process of working towards a degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program at Essex County College
