I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in cardiology, body mechanics and nutrition. I enjoy helping those with medical conditions regain their ability to be strong enough to take care of themselves on a daily basis and live a lifestyle that helps them decrease the chance of future medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
