I work one-on-one with a wide range of people, from post-rehab to highly trained athletes. I utilize my experience as a former professional dancer, as well as my training in Gyrotonic®, Pilates, yoga, and personal training, and various body work modalities, to customize the session for the individual. I not only want the client's goals to be attained; but I hope to empower them in self-knowledge of their own bodies. I believe that everyone has the ability to listen to, and honor their bodies so that they will be able to live and function in a healthy, supported manor.
