I have been involved in fitness for more than 20 years. After having my 3 daughers I decided to train for a Body Building Contest. After 12 very disciplined weeks I was the 1998 First Place & Overall winner for the Mid-Michigan Women's Body Building Championships. I have been teaching group fitness classes since 1994 and dedicated to helping individuals recognize their potential and helping them reach & exceed their goals. I am very passionate about the fitness environment and have inspired others to change their lives. I have numerous certifications including Personal Training and Group Fitness and countless hours of continuing education credits to stay up to date with the lastest in health & fitness. I am currently going back to school to earn a degree in Exercise Science. When is comes to hard work & dedication, I know what it takes to succeed and reach goals!
