I have been an exercise intructor for over 20 years, and a personal trainer for 15 years. I am passionate about working with people who are struggling with weight loss, helping children achieve fitness, and teaching enpowering exercises such as boxing, self defense, and boot camp workouts. I specialize in assisting clients who have special needs and I am a Master Bosu trainer( core center and balance training. I enjoy working with student athletes,people suffering from fibromyalgia, and those in need of water rehabilitation( back, leg, and knee injuries). My experience is unique in that I work as an Elementary Physical Education teacher in the day, and design exercise modifications for children with special needs on a regular basis. I conduct trainings and teach a course at the university on mind/body connections. I teach women and children's self defense, and have personally been affected by fibromyalgia. I focus on challenging all clients at their level and design workouts that keep clients safe physically and emotionally.
