I've been teaching group fitness for 24 Hour Fitness since February 1996 and teach various strength classes (including BodyPump and CX WORX), step, mat Pilates and indoor cycle. I have taught Baby Boot Camp as well, a stroller-based workout for mommies. I have been a registered nurse in labor and delivery since 2002 as well.
