I have been training for over 15 years, initially in a large fitness facility and independently for the past 12 years. I am primarily based in central San Diego, and provide training in my clients' homes. Each individual has their own fitness goals, which we work towards together. My clientele consists of all aged people, although the majority of my clients are older adults. There is no more gratifying and exciting job than this, as each day is an opportunity to improve a person's health and well-being.
