ACE is offering an optional service ("Online Streaming") providing the ability to view content streaming over the internet ("Online Recordings") rather than as a purchased DVD.
ACE reserves the right in our sole discretion to make changes from time to time and without notice in how ACE operates Online Streaming. Any description of how Online Streaming works should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how Online Streaming will work in the future.
The availability of Online Recordings will change from time to time. The quality of the display of the Online Recordings may vary from computer to computer, and device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through or speed of your internet connection. You are responsible for all internet access charges. Please ask your internet provider for information on possible internet data usage charges. ACE makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your Online Streaming experience on your particular display. ACE is not responsible for any of the times when you are unable to access your Online Recordings.
Any Online Recordings that you have available to you will appear in your ACE account. Online Recordings will start at the beginning of the recording no matter where you stop it once you have stopped the streaming. Online Recordings will only be available in your ACE account for one year after purchase. You agree that the Online Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared with any other person.
