Based on your current eating habits or level of physical activity, it may seem like achieving your most fit life is a long way off. The good news is that will soon change. Instead of getting too eager, make sure you slowly advance to your ideals by taking small steps. Cris Dobrosielski, ACE-certified Health Coach and competitive athlete, joins Dr. Mantell for 15 Minutes to Wellness.


About Cris Dobrosielski

Cris Dobrosielski is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Since 1988, Cris has helped thousands of individuals ranging from cancer, stroke, HIV and cardiac patients to NFL and Olympic athletes reach their goals and improve their lives. He is the owner, innovator and lead clinician at Monumental Results Fitness and Wellness. Prior to establishing Monumental Results, Cris was an associate head strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and wellness instructor at the University of California in San Diego.

Since 2012, Cris has partnered with the ACE to help create educational videos for both fitness enthusiasts and professionals. He released a book, "Going the Distance", in 2013, and provides expert commentary to national media sources. He is also a three-time winner of the U.S. National Championship in Surf Lifesaving, which involves swimming, running, paddleboard racing and kayaking.
