Stand with the feet hip-width apart and hold a kettlebell in the right hand in a ‘bottom-up’ position (holding the top of the handle so that the bottom of the kettlebell is facing up to the ceiling.) Squeeze the handle of the kettlebell with a tight grip to maintain balance. Keep the back straight and the right elbow next to the rib cage while walking a specified, pre-determined distance; after covering the distance turn towards the kettlebell to face the opposite direction and return to the starting point.
