She began her fitness career in Ellensburg, at Central Washington University as a group fitness instructor teaching classes such as circuit training, abs and yoga. She loved every second of teaching. She is excited about teaching others the world of fitness and the benefits that it provides to one’s health. Jen enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals regardless of their level. She believes in educating her clients to enjoy exercise and provide them with the tools to make health and fitness part of their lives beyond their time in the gym.
