I am a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and have a Master of Science in Kinesiology with concentration in Biomechanics. I work as an independent contractor at Anytime Fitness Gym off of Horizon Ridge and Seven Hills Drive in Henderson, NV. I have been in sports and fitness for over 26 years. I have been certified by ACE since 1998 and I have devoted hours in continuing education in order to keep up with all the latest researches and new trends in the fitness industry.
