Integrating the ACE Mover Method with the ACE IFT® Model to Effectively Coach Clients

The ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) Model was first introduced as a blueprint for program design and has since evolved with the needs of today’s exercise professionals and their clients. At the core of the ACE IFT® Model is the ACE Mover Method, which is ACE’s behavior change philosophy put into actionable steps that help you practice empathy and trust, communication and collaboration. The result is empowering clients to achieve self-efficacy.

In this video training, you will dive deeper into the ACE IFT® Model through the lens of the ACE Mover Method, which includes the ACE ABC Approach. You’ll learn ways to effectively use the ACE Mover Method to transition clients between phases within each of the ACE IFT® components and throughout their fitness journey.

Led by Anthony Wall, who has over 25 years of experience as a health and fitness expert and oversees ACE’s partnerships for education and professional development opportunities, you will enhance your services by being able to educate clients more effectively, gain their trust and keep them safe as they move toward their goals.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

• Understand the ACE Mover Method and its long-term application

• Integrate the ACE ABC Approach throughout all client sessions, live or virtual

• Provide coaching tips that help progress a client through the phases within the ACE IFT® Model
