Revolutionize Your Approach to Functional Fitness

The human body is an astounding work of machinery. Built for functional movement, it is the product of 6 million years of evolution. The body is capable of amazing feats—but it must be trained, conditioned and nurtured. For too long, physical training has taken a piecemeal approach to fitness, focusing on the individual parts rather than the whole. The modern movement toward holistic and functional training, though, is changing the paradigm for health and fitness professionals and their clients, leading to better training results, better health—and better quality of life.

Kinetic Link Training (KLT)—a revolutionary, biomechanically-balanced resistance training modality—represents the evolution of functional fitness. An intelligent and focused approach to movement, KLT is designed to help you and your clients master new techniques and skills that will build upon their existing fitness regimen—and produce results they’ve never dreamed of.

Developed and presented by Wayne Rogers—a 30-year veteran of the health and fitness industry and one of Australia’s top sports physiotherapists—this comprehensive course will revolutionize your understanding and utilization of full-body functional strength training to optimize musculoskeletal health. You will learn to develop functional strength and stability exercises that are innovative and unique—as well as highly effective in achieving vast improvements in functional movement outcomes with your clients.

Reviews

Great course, this changes my clients workouts for the better!

One of the best courses I have taken so far. The material is very well done and the topic is very useful and interesting. One thing that can improve the course is providing exercises that are home gym friendly. Most exercises need cable machine. Also would be nice to have more information on what to consider for designing your own exercises. The course provides exact movements and full session programs which is nice to start. Probably takes some time and experience to be able to design your own. The exam was ok, could have been better. Some of the questions were not very clear. Overall it's highly recommended.
