Performance Training: Using the ACE IFT® Model, Phase 4

In the final of four courses that explore the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component of the ACE IFT Model, health and fitness professionals will learn to safely integrate performance-based training into exercise programs for advanced clients. Led by ACE Certified Professional Jay Dawes, the course will explore intuitive ways to help clients improve power output, reactivity, and speed.
You will learn:
- To understand Phase 4 of the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component of the ACE IFT Model
- To avoid injury while adding plyometrics to a resistance training program
- How to plan safe and effective exercise progressions for a client training within phase 4 of the Functional Movement and Resistance Training component
