In this course, featuring insight from ACE Certified Professional Pete McCall, MS, you will learn to challenge a client’s speed, agility, reactivity and flexibility with challenging and engaging workouts based in sports conditioning. This has MUCH needed information but the narrator takes a deep breath and babbles for an hour and there is no way to download the slides! Of all of the courses that has the most needed information, this is the worst presented!
