Good concept to include not just about feet but the whole body picture. Wish there would have been more exercises, and maybe more pictures or examples included in presentation, but overall good course.

Foot pain can often lead to other musculoskeletal problems involving the ankle, knee, back, shoulder or neck, which can inhibit quality of life or the ability to regularly exercise. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common sources of foot pain. In this webinar, corrective exercise expert Justin Price will teach the basics of plantar fasciitis including what causes it, how it affects the rest of the body, and what you can do within the scope of your practice to help clients overcome this condition.
You will learn:
Basics of plantar fasciitis and what causes the condition
How to assess a client to uncover any musculoskeletal imbalances that might be contributing to pain
Effective corrective exercises and strategies to help alleviate plantar fasciitis
I like that it was presented in terminology I can use with my clients.
Content and presenter were great. The slides did not keep pace with the lecture, so we are not able to see what presenter is talking about until much later.
As a sufferer of Plantar Fasciitis, I now have a much better understanding of the cause and effect throughout the body. I have purchased different running shoes and am evaluating my own walking/running gates to try to ensure a quicker healing process and hopefully not see any recurrence.
