How can I be of help to you? That's my first question when I welcome new clients, whether it is for body work or talking therapy. Having had a long career in both fitness and mental health, I understand the importance of harmony in both areas. My experience covers working as a Group Exercise Instructor since 1986, a Pilates Teacher added on since 1999, and 'recently' (2004) as a Talking Therapist. My objective is to support you in any way I can. Let's do this! I welcome beginners as well as experienced participants.
