I have a strong passion for educating individuals and families on their journeys to build healthier, happier lives. I specialize in home workouts for busy professionals, retirees, or stay at home parents. My programs are delivered online with options to work out with me in real time via zoom or to complete your workout independently via the app (exercise demos included!). My workouts are oriented toward building and maintaining strength, with a strong focus on mobility to reduce joint pain, enhance performance, and simply make your normal daily tasks easier and more enjoyable! I really love working with open-minded individuals who have a passion for self development and personal/spiritual growth. Although most clients come to me for weight loss, I take a habit-based approach to health and fitness that includes adopting a consistent weekly exercise routine and healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime. By working toward these small habit goals, the weight and body composition goals tend to fall into place.
