About
As the owner and operator of Grapple Academy Martial Arts, in Perry Hall, MD, my goal is to help my students be the healthiest they can possibly be by offering programs that are easy to adhere to. Currently, I hold the rank of Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitu and Black Belt in San Shou. My personal training program, called GAMA-FIT is a mix of Martial Arts Kickboxing (non-contact) with traditional exercise for cardiovascular endurance and strength building. I find this 'out-of-the-box' approach much more fun for my clients, and much easier to adhere to! Why should working out be boring?
