I take a consultative approach when working with each client in order to come up with a program to achieve their desired results. I started my massage therapy practice in 2002, in which I specialize in Medical, Sports Massage, Energy work and Wellness Programs. My current clients range in age from 15-98. So I have been fortunate to see a variety of health conditions, arthritis, MS, Parkinson's, sports injuries, etc., arise during this time. As a result of this experience I wanted to offer additional services that would employ more of a holistic approach to health and aging and became certified by A.C.E in 2010. So if you are new to fitness, want to improve your balance and flexibilty, take a steps to embrace your health through the aging process or want to lose some unwanted pounds.
