Strike!

Strike! is a high energy, innovative martial arts based interval format that delivers a full body workout in 6 rounds. Each round offers a cardio kickboxing segment, a stick fighting segment using a weighted bar and a brief opportunity to reset to enter the next round. This course us designed to prepare instructors to successfully deliver the complete 60 minute, 5 round class.
