Strike! continues to grow in popularity; so, come learn some new moves or just see what the buzz is about. Be prepared to challenge yourself with a full-body interval workout that blends traditional kickboxing combinations with controlled weight-bearing strikes and blocks, all strategically planned to create a non-stop flow of nothing but energy and sweat. This is NOT your typical kickboxing class!
