TOTAL CONDITIONING

In this workshop, you will learn how to teach an intense athletic workout that is the ultimate cardio/strength combination class. It provides fast results with a three-phase, pyramid progression (Strength, Strength with Movement, and Dynamic/Plyometric movement) that is repeated sequentially to elicit a specific heart rate response. “T.C” is designed for the existing fit participant loking for a way to challenge themselves to the next level.
