The Fit for Daily module is an audio visual learning experience that provides educational content specific to the science of ViPR and Power Plate but in the context of direct application into an integrated workout program for being Fit for Daily Life. The 60 minute learning program and supporting PDF document shows how and why both tools are being used to elicit certain responses and adaptations based around a systematic and progressive program design model. Firstly you will identify the movement demands we must consider when looking at activities in daily life, and then see how this transcends into a progressive, challenging and FUN workout. The program methodology firstly focuses on 3 key areas. See how and why the Power Plate® and ViPR can be effectively combined in mobility and movement preparation, stability and coordination and integrated core and pillar, to build a strong foundation with our client. We then move into strength and speed with global movements and exercises with the ViPR being used on and off the Power Plate®. We have also used a superset format to introduce the aspect of ‘PLAY’, vital for this population group. This makes the session interactive and importantly FUN, allowing both tools to combine effectively and do what they do best. Recovery and Regeneration is also a vital aspect of this program, to allow the client to go back to their ‘daily LIFE’, feeling energized and with enhanced vitality, and looking forward to the next session! From a trainer and coach’s perspective this section will explain and illustrate how the unique massage feature on the Power Plate can be combined with ViPR movements to normalize joint motion and restore homeostasis, lowering the stress hormones and enhancing recovery.
