"HARD CORE, PEACE CORE" "If we're created as a unit to work as a unit, then why train separately in isolation?"--Biscontini Learn in this workshop how to maximize both proprioception and body placement to train the body towards its most functional capacity. Lawrence will show you how to create an experience to address core stability and mobility intensely and traditionally at first (HARD CORE), and then flow into a more mind-body application of core challenge (PEACE CORE). (Equipment: a selection from among the following: Gliding disks, handweights, stability balls, medicine balls, Reebok Core Boards as available).
