C.O.R.E: (Combining Optimal Resistance Exercises) Clinic!

Both Group Exercise Instructors and Personal Fitness Trainers will have the opportunity to learn to teach safe, effective resistance training exercises, as well as offer modifications and progressions for multi- level classes, small group training, or just one-on-one instruction. They will take away knowledge of the exercise continuum – creating exercise combinations from simple to complex, slow to fast, known to unknown, etc. Hands-on experience with the use of many types of equipment will also be covered, and participants will have opportunity to explore and create their own exercise combinations!
