Addressing and Preventing Low Back Pain

An overwhelming percentage of our population either has experienced or will experience lower back pain at some point in their exercise program. Therefore, it is not only recommended but mandatory that today’s fitness professional understands the bio-mechanical mechanisms of the lower spine, the situations and conditions that commonly lead to back pain, and the safe programming for the maintenance and/or prevention of low back pain in his/her clientele.
