In the PoleMoves Intermediate/Advanced Training, participants will review the anatomy of the body, paying close attention to the shoulder, elbow and wrist. They will learn flexibility and rolling exercises that can decrease injuries. they will learn principles of power training, pole training, and periodization. Participants will learn and practice numerous methods of spotting, they will learn how to use specific PoleMoves sequencing series in order to teach multi-level classes. Participants will learn how to cue, count and choreograph to music. New to the Advanced Pole Fitness Instructor Training is the Pole Fitness Alliance Grouping Method as well as the PoleMoves Pole Progression Series Teaching Method. This training is a must for all pole instructors and will demystify pole combos once and for all.
