When done correctly, they keep your class moving, keep the energy high, and allow the instructor to give his/her body a break while being a stellar coach and motivator. In this workshop, you will be exposed to a variety of methods to tap into the different energy systems for a variety of benefits. We will examine progressions and regressions ideas to make your exercises safe and challenging for all levels of participants. Learn how to make circuits work in just about any space, using whatever props you have. You'll leave with a full toolbox of ready-to-go circuits to use Monday morning, or to mix and match for months to come!
