The Choreography Analysis workshop course attached is a course that provides understanding of the new cardio, strength training and Pilates choreography that is included in our Spring 2012 session of Body and Soul Fitness. This course trains instructors to learn the choreography and implement the various levels in their group fitness classes. This includes a variety of cardio - high/low impact, interval training and cardio kickboxing. It also privides an understanding of strength training and flexibility exercises including Pilates. A review of the basic Pilates principles will also be addressed, along with options for modifications. The options for the Basic & Beyond programming will also be demonstrated during a cardio/strength workout. The benefits, techniques, and injury prevention will also be presented. The couse also gives guidance for fusing cardio/strength with our other B&S programs.
