Instructors will practice, learn and be able to describe how to safely perform multiple exercises from 9 different formats (Step with 2 Risers, 6 Risers, Vertical Step with Body Bars, Body Bar Exercises, Kettlebell Exercises, Bosu Exercises combined with Step with 3 Risers, 6/8 lb Weights, 12/15 lb Weights and Floor Exercises!
