He has coached over 120 players drafted into the NFL, as well as MLB Hall of Famer Cal Ripken. Inducted into the Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame in 2003, Al has spoken nationally on topics of strength, speed, motivation, team building, and leadership.
