As your clients age, their needs and abilities change. Find ways to connect with them personally through workouts that take their age and fitness level into account. Develop an awareness of stereotypes of mid-life and older adults, and how to work toward building healthy habits. This course will help you with effective communication, leadership, and motivation techniques to use for this special population.
