A hybrid yoga-fitness program designed to strengthen and stretch the core, YogaCore® follows the YogaFit® Three Mountain class format of warm-up, work and cool-down. Explore traditional yoga poses that focus specifically on the abdominals, back, hip and pelvic muscles and exercises that use the YogaFit® Core Ball to strengthen, stabilize and heal. Learn how a strong core serves as the foundation for hatha yoga, and flowing sequences to achieve it in each client.


You will learn:

  • Foundational key elements of the YogaFit® style
  • YogaCore® poses and sequencing to focus on strengthening central core of the body including abdominals, back, hips and pelvis
  • How a strong core can prevent low back concerns and postural issues that come with age
  • Benefits of YogaCore® for fitness-minded clients new to yoga, experienced yogis who want more variety, athletes looking to combine yoga and core training or inexperienced participants who need a core program in a non-competitive environment
