Intended as a tool for fitness professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, the ACE Total Gym Introductory Course offers insight into using a Total Gym incline bodyweight trainer to create fun, efficient and effective workouts for clients. The course provides a basic understanding of how Total Gym challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by incorporating three-dimensional movement and full range of motion in nearly every exercise. Upon completion, participants will have the ability to execute movement progressions and regressions, from isolation to integration, in all of Total Gym incline trainer body positions. Curriculum will also cover incorporating the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® model to develop Total Gym workouts that appropriately challenge clients with varied fitness levels and goals.
