    The majority of this course is dedicated to telling you that a)everything you already do is better on a G Ball and b) a g-ball exercise dvd. There is a small amount of information about muscle groups and guidelines, and it gives you some handy blank forms. However, it did not teach me new information or answer the sort of detailed questions that those who would like to be flexibility specialists should want answered.

    There were many tips that were recommended in this course that I was not familiar with and would like to start using for myself and for my clients. I would like to integrate this material into the routine I provide to all of my clients. Flexibility is such a key component to body alignment and symmetry and I believe the GBall methods make it fun and comprehensive.     I will use these stretches professionally and personally. I was not using a fitness ball, but I will be doing so on a regular basis after completing this course.

    Simplistic, easy to follow instructions. I like the idea of using the stability ball for an easy glide through stretching movements. Clients who don’t enjoy traditional stretching routines have given positive feedback with addition of the ball, so it’s one more training variation I can offer.

    As an avid advocate of flexibility training, I practice a whole range of stretching exercises, though I have never incorporated the use of a ball. The ball makes many moves easier and smoother on the joints and can provide more stability for the client. I may incorporate these moves into a flexibility class or group. Very excited! Really enjoyable and helpful. Love the relaxing movements.

    This course gives great guidelines and programing to assess and create a solid flexibility program for clients. I can use this course with assessing any new client I might start training and/or a client coming back from injury to get them back into their regular fitness program. Every trainer should have this knowledge as a good sound base to better assess their clients to create the best and most effective, individualized fitness program.
