    I just completed the Exercise Development Specialist course and it was great. There are many beneficial exercises that I will use with some of my clients that may not be as "mobile" as others. I will incorporate the G ball a lot more in my regular training with clients, as I now know more ways to utilize it. There were many "low-key" exercises that I had no idea would be so beneficial until I tried them myself! I've learned to never underestimate something I haven't tried. All in all, great course.     This DVD only covers exercises done with a stability ball and unless you've never been to a gym before you probably already know them. Waste of money. Wish I could return it.

    A good range of solid program(s) to use for of a wide variety of client populations. As a master trainer, I can utilize any one of these programs for my clientele to continue with fitness goals and functional training. This course can be utilized with any fitness level or population of clientele, which would be a great addition to any fitness program.

    This was my first time using this company for CEU’s. The specific anatomy review is an essential reminder of every personal trainer's basic knowledge. The course material is excellent and easily viewed via the pdfs on CD. Plus it includes printable charts for mounting to keep the exercises in view, for clients and trainers. The DVD was easy to navigate, although each of the sections first requires the viewer to watch the general use of the G-Ball, how-to instructions and general warnings. I liked the chain of activities and the exercise modifications for different populations, and will bookmark this company for future CEU viewing!

    After completing this course, I am convinced that the stability ball offers a superior way to strengthen major muscle groups and all stabilizing muscles without risk of injury. I especially appreciated the attention given to the rotator cuff. The last section which uses both a cord and a ball provides an extra challenged for a conditioned client.
