While informative, I thought this course was a bit boring to get through. I realize there are alot of statistics that go along with this subect, but they were rather overwhelming and I know I will never remember all those numbers. I also have a few issues with the test. Some of the questions and their accompanying aswers almost seemed confusing or tricky on purpose. I don't appreciate when the answer might boil down to just a slight variation in wording to determine if is correct or not. I feel these tests should just be more straightforward.

Great breakdown between aging effects and nutritional requirements.

No index in the book. The book had no flow and it was very difficult to follow. The questions were not asked in a way that made sure you understood what was being asked.
