It's a good set of information but not very engaging. Just information to read. Would love more talk about the pelvic floor and how that plays into prenatal and postnatal recovery.

It was interesting and informative.. but I expected a lot more detail in the programming of exercise area. As a personal trainer a lot more discussion and information in exercise programming would be highly beneficial.

Great content, but it is a lot of material to get through compared to other 0.1 cec courses.

Great introduction to pre- and post-natal fitness. I would have liked a few examples of scaling exercises for a pregnant woman.

Very good information from reputable sources including ACOG. Specific suggestions for contraindications and each trimester and postnatal but no specific exercise demonstrations which isn't really a bad thing just not the focus of this course.

Good brief overview of the basic changes need to consider when working with pre/post natal clients.
