    It's Okay. It's a good reinforcement of material and is good if one hasn't already read all about it in the book. The test has a couple of typos. There is a missing forth answer choice on Question #10 (pretty big error there). There is another typo on Question #3. The word "behavior" is missing its final "r". I might have given this course a higher rating had there not been these errors.

    really informative course. I liked the fact that ACE does incorporate Rapport as a foundation in their ACE IFT model. people forget, a personal trainer can be that push or reason to keep up with fitness goals.

    I enjoyed meeting other ACE certified, and yet to be certified, people with experience in the business. Mrs. Zuniga is an excellent instructor and can connect theoretical with practical, which I find very helpful. Answered some of the questions I had and refreshed my memory of the ACE IFT Model.
