    The speaker read *poorly* from the slides, and provided minimal explanation of the slide content.

    The information in the course is quite sound. I had hoped it would spend more time on nutrients, rather than supplements, as most supplements aren't useful for long term weight loss, or are proven too dangerous over time, information the class emphasizes. Still, an excellent course.
