Multi-level training can leave both instructors and participants unsuccessful and frustrated. In this ACE Recorded LiveClass, led by ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor Keli Roberts, you’ll learn multi-level teaching strategies that help to enhance motor learning and movement efficiency. You’ll also learn to recognize cognitive, associative and autonomous learners and apply effective coaching tactics that improve skill development.

You will learn:

  • Differences among cognitive, associative and autonomous learners
  • Multi-level teaching strategies and their application for successful skill development and motor learning
  • Effective verbal, visual and kinesthetic techniques

Reviews

AS a group fitness instructor for several years, I found this helpful to fine tune my skills. Explained very clearly.

Great tips, especially starting with the most basic level.

This was really helpful and gave me some tips for presenting modifications that I hadn't considered before.
