Unlike many of the other webinars, the slides themselves generally did not contain info for the quiz (two did) and this hurt me since I am a better visual learner. I took a lot of notes, pausing the video many times to attempt to keep up. Overall, this is very good information, but if you are getting your CECs from this, detailed notetaking is vital, which can offset absorption. Because of all of the notetaking [and not being as fast at that as I was in college], I missed some info that was on the quiz and had to take it twice.

I liked the information though I found myself wanting to hear more. I know it was only for .1 CEC so to ask for more information I suppose I need to take another class :)

Well, you could make it more worthwhile by adding a few more details regarding pain and motivation.

Fantastic background information on the causes of low-back pain and interesting infographics and charts used (especially the image showing different pressures on lumbar vertebrae while in varying sitting/standing/lying positions). Would love a few more specific exercise recommendations.

I feel that this video covered all the main focal points necessary to have a good comprehension of the dos and don'ts.

The quiz questions seemed a little vague in some places, like the ones I missed, 1,3,10. but the content was great well pressented and very informative. thanks
