    I currently utilize the G-ball (Fitball) in my muscle conditioning classes and this course refreshed my memory about muscles worked, proper form and postural alignment, along with exercise progression. I had not received my CECs Cert from GMP Fitness in the 2 days after taking the exam and within 10 minutes of me emailing the company to inquire about this, I had a response both by email as well as a phone call that my CECs would be sent right away. I highly recommend this course and the provider GMP Fitness!

    Good but basic info, i would recomend for quick CCE
