I enjoyed this course, as I enjoy most psychology courses in healthcare. However, I took the quiz twice and would like to see that my higher score is posted (90%).

Fitness professionals need more knowledge about mood disorders because of the significant role emotions play on our physical improvements or decline. Also, gaining knowledge about eating disorders helps the fitness industry maintain a healthy view of the ideal body weight.

This was a great course. The material nor the quiz were particularly difficult, but they provide excellent information for fitness professionals who will most likely come into contact with at least one of these circumstances during their careers. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Great material and very valuable! I highly suggest this material for EVERY fitness professional no matter your "specialty". *My only criticism would be that it is in my opinion, that I think that this material being placed ONLY within the CEC's area and within the Clinical Exercise Specialists Manual, as opposed to ALSO being required material for ALL Fitness Trainers is a great injustice to the industry. These issues are found within our society entirely too often and MISSED/OVERLOOKED due to Personal trainers NOT educated on these topics. If we were, we could better spot these problems and better assist clients with both referrals to the appropiate Medical Professionals and also better work with these clients Dr.'s. I highly suggest this material be placed in ALL ACE-certified fitness professionals preparation manuals AND be applied to all testing materials. It would only make ACE-certifications more credible/valuable, and could not hurt any, plus would be an invaluable addition to ACE-certified professionals arsenal.
