This was an excellent and informative DVD. The exercises presented were great for in-home workouts and I really liked the different variations presented. This course provided the knowledge and tools needed to provide clients with a challenging, safe and effective at home personal training session. I wish there were more courses like this. The DVD provides a resource to refer back which is also very helpful.

ACE RESPONSE: Thank you Janet for the fantastic feedback!

As an "in home" personal trainer, I found this course to be extremely beneficial. A wide range of exercises were explained, including variations to increase and decrease intensity as needed. The exercises used little or no equipment, making them ideal for many in home training situations. I am NETA certified and this is my first ACE CEC course, but I am very impressed and will certainly be back to ACE for future continuing education.

ACE RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed this course. We look forward to providing you more continuing education in the future.

It's very frustrating that you cannot see what answers that you have gotten wrong on the quiz so that you can learn from your mistakes.

Tricia is an excellent instructor, easy to listen to, and full of great tips. For someone like me, who is new to in-home training, this is a great course to start off with.

Good resource for a variety of in-home exercises utilizing body weight, tubes and medicine ball.

I would have liked to have gone back into the quiz after completion to see which questions I got wrong. I missed more than I thought that I would and am not sure what I missed.
