I have been active in the fitness industry since 1994. My philosophy has always been to "cross train" to stay motivated and "everything in moderation to remain consistent". I say that because you need to have a fitness plan that is both effective and realistic in order to become and stay "Fit For Life". I also sway strongly on the fun factor as well.
