Certified for 17 years, I currently am the Fitness Coordinator for CCAC North Campus as well as a fitness instructor. I'd like students to know there is no "perfect" aerobic class or "perfect" aerobic instructor. We all have bad days and it's okay. If we do our best and have fun, we'll have a successful class.
